We combine evidence-based therapy with mind-body tools to support healing on emotional, physical, and spiritual levels.

  • Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) helps you recognize and reframe unhelpful thought patterns so you can respond to life with mor clarity and confidence.

  • Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) teaches practical skills for managing intense emotions, improving relationships, and staying grounded in the present.

  • Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) is a proven trauma therapy that helps you process painful memories and reduce their emotional charge.

  • Flash 4 Blinks is an intervention used to process painful memories in a different way than EMDR.

  • Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) is a proven therapy that helps couples identify negative cycles to then replace these with positive cycles. This is an attachment-based therapy.

  • Learn how to slow down, reconnect with your body, and cultivate self-awareness using present-moment practices.

  • Somatic therapy helps you release trauma and stress stored in the body through gentle movement, breath, and body-based awareness.
